Sorgott
Do
- Have some way to negate or steal Sorgott’s buffs – Jinx is your friend
- Invest in RES or bring Invokers with Immunity buffs
- Use AOE Skills. You need a way to kill his Crypt Rats in one fell swoop
- Bring Invokers and Relics with Manaburn and Crush Tolerances. Most of Sorgott’s damage comes from Manaburn, so you need the appropriate Tolerance
Don't
- Neglect debuff removal. Sorgott gets stronger the more debuffs there are on your team
- Rely on Mindworm. Sorgott’s Passive, Despair Feast, cannot be nullified by this debuff
- Try to cleanse or reduce the duration of the Swarm debuff. Once it’s on you, you have to wait until it wears off
- Rely on high DEF to blunt Sorgott’s attacks. Most of his damage is dealt via Tolerances and based off your MAX HP, so stacking DEF won’t save you
What it does
+20% DEF per buff on him and +5% ATK per debuff on your team. Mindworm doesn't stop it.
- Combo attacks
- Damage is a share of your max HP plus Manaburn, so DEF barely helps. The third combo heals his Crypt Rats.
- Regal Edge
- Three hits on one Invoker: DEF Down, Weaken and 25% Heal Reduction, while he gains DEF Up and Harden.
- Avarice Crush
- Hits everyone with ATK Down, Combo SPD Down, a 3s Crush and Manaburn.
- Vermincall
- Puts Swarm on one Invoker for 20s (can't be cleansed or shortened) with heavy slows, and summons 8 Crypt Rats, then 8 more. Clear them with AoE.
- Immortal Thief
- Charges the Swarmed Invoker and steals 3 buffs. Jinx keeps his buffs off; Immunity keeps your debuffs off.

- Biggest wall: stage 15. HP jumps ×3.2 over stage 14(775K → 2.5M).
- Tolerance bonus gone at stage 10. It starts at +75%, turns into a penalty after stage 10 and reaches −100% at stage 19.
